I offer a free twenty minute telephone session where we can discuss whether counselling may help and how we will work together.

Session prices*: 

£50.00 per session for individuals 

£75.00 per session for couples

Sessions are pre-paid 24 hours in advance.

I offer both long term and short term face to face work.

Therapy is most effective with regular weekly sessions, however the frequency is your choice. This can be discussed during our initial call or first session.
